Renna graduated from the University of London and obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice in the year 2015.
She chambered with us and her commitment to learning and love for the complexities of real estate transactions led her to be retained as a legal associate in the year 2016.
Renna specializes in real estate, banking and finance, real property gains tax-related matters, and extends her practice to corporate, intellectual property (trademarks) and probate areas.
She has dealt with numerous reputable real estate developers, including S P Setia, EcoWorld and OSK in handling the Sale and Purchase transactions of both residential and commercial development. She also advises on stratified property-related issues, deceased purchaser-related matters and handles various agricultural land disposal and acquisition, including different government consent applications.
Her works include the drafting of the last will and testament, deed of trust, power of attorney, deed of gift and handles the estate’s transmission and transfer. She has also generously assisted animal welfare with its society’s certificate registration, including drafting the society’s constitution.
In banking and finance practice, Renna represents the majority of financiers in Malaysia to facilitate the loan documentation transaction.
Her practice extends to cover the area of corporate and intellectual property (trademarks registration). She assists the Partner of the firm on the shares sale transaction, merger & acquisition, due diligence, including the drafting of shareholders agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data protection sheet, letter of demand for debt recovery and others.
