Teh Soh Bee

Teh Soh Bee, a Partner of our firm, graduated from the Northumbria University, England with an Honours Degree in Law. She was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2007.
She joined our firm in 2007 as an Associate and currently handling property conveyancing and banking work for mortgage and commercial loans for property development projects and secondary sale transactions at our Head Office. Her work also covers will drafting, tenancy and lease agreements, franchising and agency agreements.
Due to her proficiency and efficiency in her performance, her portfolio mainly involves up-market properties and corporate loans. She also assists Dato’ K T Teh in merger and acquisition cases and high value property or shares transfer transactions. She is currently leading our legal team, servicing the LBS and Mitraland development projects.
