During the first 5 years of his legal practice, he handled mainly civil and commercial litigations.

On 1st July, 1996, he set up our present firm with only 3 lawyers and a handful of clerical staff. Under the determined leadership of Lt. Col. Dato’ Teh plus the full cooperation of all partners and loyalty of numerous good staff, our firm overcame various challenges and grew steadily into a well known medium size conveyancing and corporate law firm, operating 4 offices located at Setia Alam and Kota Damansara in Selangor, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail in Kuala Lumpur and Bukit Indah in Johor, and with a total staff force of about 70 persons at anytime.

During the past 20 over years, Lt. Col. Dato’ Teh had built up wide networks of social and business relationships for himself as well as for our firm.
