Rusmayati Mohd Shaid, Senior Executive Partner, holds an Honours Degree in Law from the International Islamic University, Malaysia. She was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995.
She has vast experience handling property conveyancing and loan documentation works. As a Senior Partner, she handles most of the corporate loans and related transactions.
She is very experienced in both conventional, as well as Islamic banking laws and practices.
Currently, her job responsibilities include attending to corporate loans, Islamic banking facilities, conventional commercial and consumer loans and related sale and purchase agreements.
