Through close working relationship with many real estate agencies in Klang Valley and Johor Bahru, many clients are referred to us regularly by these agents.

The other major focus of our practice is in handling loan and security documentation for property financing by banks or other licensed financial institutions. We work very closely with most of the local and foreign banks in Malaysia, and we are the panel solicitors for most of the banks.

Besides conveyancing works, we also provide legal advisory services in corporate matters, commercial contracts, intellectual property and will-writing services as well as company secretarial consultation and advisory services.

 

        Legal Cooperation With China and ASEAN

In December 2014, our firm signed a Framework Agreement of Legal Practice Cooperation with the China-ASEAN Legal Research Centre (a legal research division established under the China Law Society) based in Chongqing, China.

Our firm is the FIRST law firm in Malaysia which signed the Framework Agreement with the China-ASEAN Legal Research Centre. Under the Framework Agreement, our firm and the China-ASEAN Legal Research Centre shall share legal information/knowledge between Malaysia and China.

Our firm shall be the training and research base in Malaysia to provide internship opportunities for students from China. We believe that such legal cooperation is vital for our firm's expansion of legal services to China and ASEAN countries and vice versa.

Our firm is also a signatory to the "Project on Strategic Partnership in Promoting Legal Diplomacy", a project initiated by the China Law Society. There are about 100 signatories of this Project, including prominent universities and law schools, academic organizations, law firms, foreign law society and attorney general office. The aim of this Project is promote legal diplomacy in order to enhance, secure and guide the development of the international, regional and national relationship.

Such aim is to be achieved through the principles of equal consultation, cooperation and mutual benefit, coordination and innovation, as well as common development.
